Welcome to The Well Hospitality Group ("The Well," "we," "us"). By using this website, purchasing products, or registering for events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us This website is operated by The Well Coffee LLC, located at 270 Ku’ulei Rd, Ste 103, Kailua, Hawaii.
2. Purchases All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (with a full refund if we cancel).
3. Event Tickets
All event tickets, including Wellfest, are non-refundable but freely transferable. To transfer a ticket, email us at courtney@thewellkailua.com with the new attendee's name and email at least 48 hours before the event.
Tickets are valid only for the named event and date.
Age requirement: Attendees must be 15 years or older. Attendees under 18 must have a participation waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Event changes: We may modify the schedule, instructors, vendors, or activities of any event. If an event is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled (including for weather), tickets transfer automatically to the new date, or may be transferred to another person per the policy above.
4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver (Events) Wellness events may include physical activity such as pilates, movement, breathwork, and stretching. By registering, you (or your guardian, if under 18) confirm you are physically able to participate, agree to participate at your own risk, and release The Well Hospitality Group, its owners, employees, instructors, partners, and venue hosts from liability for injuries arising from ordinary participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Hawaii law. Consult a physician before participating if you have any health concerns.
5. Gift Cards Gift cards are redeemable at [The Well Kailua / participating locations] and online where offered. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
6. Third-Party Services Online food and drink ordering is processed through Toast; ticket and merchandise payments through Squarespace's commerce providers. Their terms apply to those transactions.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — text, photography, logos, and branding — belongs to The Well Hospitality Group and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Well Hospitality Group's total liability for any claim related to this site or our products and events is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or event at issue.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
10. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
